INGREDIENTS

  • Organic eggs
  • Organic mozzarella cheese
  • Tortilla wrap
  • Olive or Grape-seed oil
  • Bacon
  • baby spinach

METHOD

  • Heat pan or skillet with oil
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 C
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of egg whites or 2 full eggs scrambled
  • Gently scramble egg mixture until cooked
  • Heat another pan on the stove and place tortilla onto pan
  • Add baby spinach, mozzarella and 1 1/2 slices of bacon on top of the tortilla bread
  • Add the scrabbled eggs on top of the tortilla and the place the entire pan into the oven
  • Place the pan with the tortilla mixture into the oven for 5-10 minutes
  • Remove tortilla mixture once cooked
  • Place the tortilla gentle onto a plate and wrap
